Lounge At The Marine Room Is Making Waves With Seasonal Menu Reveal

A new season calls for celebrating, and there’s no better place to toast to Spring than at The Marine Room. The iconic restaurant’s oceanfront lounge concept, Lounge at the Marine Room, is making waves with a new seasonal menu.

The globally-inspired menu of creative small plates are all thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Mike Minor. He’s passionate about cooking with premium ingredients and jaw-dropping presentation and these new items represent both:

Moroccan Lamb Lollipops: inspired by Chef Mike’s Middle Eastern heritage and served with red horseradish cream, tzatziki, pistachio-almond crunch and mint chimichurri

Jamon Iberico Toast: made with whipped goat cheese, buttered brioche, pomegranate molasses and mission fig

Sassy Burro: made with Absolut Elyx, raspberries, simple syrup and ginger beer

Sunset View: an ode to the restaurant’s iconic views, this drink is crafted with Plantation Pineapple Rum, coconut syrup, lime juice, and strawberry

Stay Gold: a luxurious mix of Blanton’s Bourbon, lemon juice, agave syrup, egg white, and R&D bitters

Rip Tide: crafted with Monkey 47 Gin, St. Germain, lemon juice, simple syrup, and sparkling rose

Kelp Martini: a unique, seaside take on a classic combining Grey Goose, Lillet Blanc, olive juice, locally sourced kelp, and sea salt rim
