Newly-Opened Oddish Wine Debuts Seasonal Spritzes And Summer Wines

San Diego’s newest urban winemaker Oddish Wine, which celebrated its grand opening in Bay Park just last month, announces new summer wines and seasonal spritzes that can be enjoyed at the outdoor tasting room or purchased to-go for summer gatherings.

Specializing in creative minimal intervention wines, Oddish’s new lineup includes a chilled red blend of syrah and grenache grapes from San Diego County called Cosmic Dance, the Tepache Mode wine co-fermented with pineapple; and Random Forces, a skin contact white wine (aka “orange wine”) from locally grown malvasia grapes and native yeast.

Additionally, Oddish Wine has debuted a trio of easy-to-drink, seasonal spritzes including a vermouth spritz made with Oddish’s Tart Cherry Vermouth, amaro spritz made with pineapple-forward Amaro D’Oro, and a signature spritz made with organic raw blue agave and orange bitters.

As a distinct craft beverage venture from San Diego’s Lost Cause Meadery team, Oddish Wine is focused on minimal intervention wines made from San Diego County grapes alongside experimental ciders, co-fermented fruit wines, amaro, vermouth and more.

Oddish Wine and Lost Cause Meadery are both located at 5322 Banks Street, San Diego, California 92110 (within The Gärten). Fans can also purchase Oddish Wine bottles online here and Lost Cause bottles here for pickup from the tasting rooms.

Visit the side-by-side tasting rooms every Wednesday through Sunday and follow along on social media: Oddish Wine, Instagram | Lost Cause Meadery, Instagram.

See you there, San Diego!
