Wellness at The Lake Returns With a Fresh New Lineup of Mindful Movement and Lakeside Fun

The third annual Wellness at The Lake Series is back at Lakehouse Resort—one of San Diego’s most scenic outdoor venues—for another season of lakeside movement, mindfulness, and memorable post-workout perks.

The monthly series will feature energizing workouts and wellness workshops led by expert instructors from YogaSix and Club Pilates.

Wellness at The Lake Series

Move, Breathe, and Sip by the Lake

Each session begins at 11 AM (except October’s spooky sunset class at 5 PM) and combines guided fitness with fun social elements—from wine and cocktails to lake cruises and golf. Plus, you can take advantage of exclusive event-day discounts at the resort’s on-site restaurant, Brickmans.

Here’s what’s lined up:

  • Vino & Vinyasa – Kick things off with a rejuvenating yoga flow from YogaSix, followed by a glass of Orfila’s finest red or white wine.
  • Muscles & Margs – Build strength and tone with Club Pilates, then cool down with a celebratory margarita.
  • Sip & Sculpt – A fusion of power yoga and strength training by YogaSix, ending with a post-session wine toast.
  • Peaches & Pilates – Fire up your glutes in this peach-themed class by Club Pilates, then relax with a Peach Bellini lakeside.
  • Putting & Pilates – A Club Pilates session followed by putting and driving range fun—topped off with a beer or wine.
  • Pilates, Pontoons & Prosecco – Begin with a Pilates class, then hop aboard a pontoon cruise with a glass of bubbly in hand.
  • Trick-or-Tone Sunset Workout – Embrace the Sculpt-ober spirit with a festive sunset Pilates class. Costumes encouraged!
