The eagerly anticipated Pendry Hotel officially opened its doors with a festive grand opening party on Friday, February 10th, and immediately became THE hot spot in the Gaslamp, if not all of San Diego.

Try the Vittoria Coffee flat white for a special treat. The espresso drink actually originated from this Australian-based company so you know it’s going to be incredible!

There’s more to the Provisional than just a café, there’s also the kitchen that creates delectable dishes from morning to night. Give the breakfast pizza a try for a twist on a traditional favorite.
