And let me tell you: it was worth the wait!

1. Sip a Coffee at Provisional Kitchen, Café & Mercantile

The charming street-level café offers a wide selection of gourmet beverages, from coffee to tea to fresh-squeezed juice. The casual setting is perfect for relaxing on your own, catching up with friends or meeting with clients.

Try the Vittoria Coffee flat white for a special treat. The espresso drink actually originated from this Australian-based company so you know it’s going to be incredible!

2. Indulge in a Breakfast Pizza at Provisional Kitchen, Café & Mercantile

There’s more to the Provisional than just a café, there’s also the kitchen that creates delectable dishes from morning to night. Give the breakfast pizza a try for a twist on a traditional favorite. With a combination of Bacon Lardons, Béchamel, Aged Pecorino, Spinach and an Over Easy Egg, this version takes pizza for breakfast to a whole new level!

For dinner, Provisional continues to impress diners with top notch dishes like pan roasted sea bass, dry aged rib eye and duck breast.

3. Have a Drink at Nason’s Beer Hall

Whether you choose one of the 24 local and international beers or opt for a unique cocktail, Nason’s is the place to be to get your next drink downtown. The atmosphere is reminiscent of a classy neighborhood bar, making it a great spot to meet friends after work to unwind.

Try the delicious Eggplant Schnitzel if you’re in the mood for a bite, and don’t miss your chance for an old-fashioned game of darts or beer pong in the back room.

Take your spa treatment to a whole new level of relaxation by making a personalized scent at the aroma bar. Incorporate your signature aroma during your treatment and/or take it home with you to relive your spa day from the comfort of your own home.

The Spa Pendry offers an assortment of rejuvenating treatments, including facials, massages and body wraps. You can also opt for beauty sessions, such as manicures, pedicures and waxing. From gorgeous Gaslamp views from the third floor oasis of the Pool House to the delicious lobster roll that you just have to try, the Pendry pool deck is a great place to relax for happy hour. There’s ample seating in the open air bar area of the rooftop lounge.

Just be patient; happy hour doesn’t officially take effect until March 2017 and the pool deck will host events both day and night.

Whether you choose to book a private dining room for your special event or dine in the main room, a meal at Lionfish is sure to be an evening to remember. Even just grabbing a mixed drink at the bar will make you feel ultra stylish in this lavishly decorated setting.

Looking for an especially memorable meal? Try the Surf and Turf roll paired with a martini for a remarkably flavorful experience. Of course, you can’t go wrong with any of the coastal cuisine options at the Lionfish.
