Stella Jean’s Ice Cream and Summer Fridays Just Dropped a Collab

Stella Jean’s Ice Cream is teaming up with Summer Fridays for a three-day collaboration that turns the beauty brand’s new Sweet Summer Minis collection into ice cream.

Three exclusive flavors inspired by Summer Fridays’ limited edition Lip Butter Balm trio are available at all Stella Jean’s locations across San Diego and Orange County for one long weekend only.

Stella Jean's Ice Cream x Summer Fridays Collaboration

The Flavors Behind the Collab

The limited menu features three new creations designed to capture the feeling of a California summer:

  • Berry Sorbet – A bright berry sorbet made with strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry, finished with a touch of lemon zest
  • Peach Granita – Peach and sweet cream ice cream layered with ribbons of house-made peach jam
  • Sea Salt Caramel – Sea salt caramel and sweet cream ice cream with ribbons of house-made salted caramel throughout

Each flavor is directly inspired by one of the three Sweet Summer Minis Lip Butter Balms, and custom collaboration cups, branded napkins, and spoons bring the full experience to life in-store.

The Extras That Come With the Experience

Anyone who purchases one of the collaboration flavors during the activation receives a complimentary Summer Fridays Mini Lip Butter Balm in Vanilla while supplies last.

The first 50 guests at each Stella Jean’s location also receive a full-size Lip Butter Balm in Poppy – so arriving early has its rewards.

California Roots on Both Sides

Stella Jean’s was founded in San Diego and has built a following around globally inspired flavors rooted in culture, nostalgia, and storytelling.

Summer Fridays, co-founded by Marianna Hewitt and Lauren Ireland, has built a global community around skincare and beauty inspired by ease, travel, and modern California living.

The overlap between the two brands feels natural, and the result is a collaboration that’s as much about the experience as the product.

See you there!
