Spend a Saturday Night With Chelsea Handler at Balboa Theatre
Chelsea Handler built a career on saying the part out loud. Seven best-selling books, a seven-year late-night run, and three Netflix specials later, she is still doing exactly that.
The High and Mighty Tour stops at the Balboa Theatre this fall for a single Saturday night downtown. Live Nation is presenting, and tickets are on sale now.

Seven Best Sellers, Six of Them at Number One
Handler has written seven New York Times best-selling books, and six of them reached number one. The most recent, I’ll Have What She’s Having, published in February 2025.
Before the books stacked up, she spent seven years hosting E!’s Chelsea Lately as the only woman with a late-night show on the air. Her documentary series Chelsea Does followed, then her Netflix talk show Chelsea in 2016.
Her 2020 HBO Max special Evolution earned a GRAMMY nomination for Best Comedy Album. The next year she launched the iHeart Radio advice podcast Dear Chelsea and took the Vaccinated and Horny Tour to more than 90 cities, winning The Comedy Act of 2021 at the People’s Choice Awards.
From a Vegas Residency to Fourth Avenue
Right now Handler is in the middle of Chelsea at The Chelsea, her residency at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, where she is the first female comedian to hold one.
That residency caps a busy stretch. She hosted the Critics’ Choice Awards in February 2025 for a third consecutive year, and her third Netflix special The Feeling premiered the following month. She has since wrapped her European standup tour An Abroad Broad.
