Art in Flexion specializes in personalized strength, mobility, and flexibility training. Each student has a program made just for them to be able to execute the skills they are striving for. The studio offers classes in traditional ballet along with contemporary, lyrical and groove available for all skill levels from beginner to advance professional. On March 4-6, they will be kicking off their 2022 Season: Interplay with an all-female program featuring two world premieres by resident choreographers Bethany Green and Carly Topazio.
