Bencotto Unveils Limited-Time, Three-Course Menu as Prelude to 10th Anniversary Year

Known for its authentic Milanese-inspired cuisine and classically chic ambiance in the heart of Little Italy, Bencotto has unveiled a limited-time, three-course menu as a prelude to its 10th Anniversary in 2020.

The special-edition selections are by Executive Chef Fabrizio Cavallini, whose culinary team handcrafts more than 800 lbs of fresh pasta every week, and the charming co-owners and husband and wife team of Valentina Di Pietro and Guido Nistri. Available exclusively on Wednesday nights through December, the rotating menus offers a distinct taste of Milan each week.

Guests can enjoy specialties such as Gnocci Rossi in crema di gorgonzola e noci (handmade red beet and potato dumplings, gorgonzola and walnut sauce), and Tagliatelle di Castagne con Pecorino e guanciale (handmade chestnut tagliatelle, pecorino cheese sauce and crispy pork cheek) or Crochhette Di Pitate con salsa di tartufo biano (homemade bite-sized fried potato nuggets with white truffle sauce). The weekly menus are announced at the beginning of each week on Bencotto’s Instagram.
