Bike Race Across America Starts In Oceanside

BEMER Group USA is sponsoring an 8-man cyclist race team for the Race Across America (RAAM), kicking off in Oceanside, California on Jun 18, 2022. Team BEMER will be using BEMER throughout the race for muscle conditioning and recovery. In 2018, Team BEMER was able to achieve a new record time with regular BEMER-use during the race.

35 years and counting

For 35 years, RAAM has been challenging ultra cyclists from around the globe to push their physical and mental limits to the farthest reaches. Starting in Oceanside, under one of the longest piers in California, RAAM spans 3000 miles, climbs 175,000 feet, crosses 12 states, and finishes in Annapolis, Maryland. The route travels west to east, traversing three major mountain ranges, crossing four of America’s longest rivers, and the Great Plains.

Iconic American landmarks bear witness

The route passes through such iconic American landmarks as the Mojave and Sonoran Deserts, Monument Valley, Great Plains, and Gettysburg. Open to amateur and professional racers, the race has become a global icon, with over 35 countries represented. The TEAM BEMER riders are raising money on behalf of the Haynes Family Of Programs, a California based non-profit charity dedicated to helping special needs children.

All helpful BEMER devices

BEMER is an FDA-cleared class II Medical Device. BEMER devices stimulate muscles to temporarily increase local blood flow for improved muscle performance and recovery. Temporary enhanced local circulation is achieved by delivering a patented therapeutic signal using a pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) technology. In addition to these benefits, BEMER also enhances vitality and wellbeing, stress reduction, relaxation, athletic performance, physical fitness and strength. BEMER devices are safe, non-invasive, and easy to use, improving health in just eight minutes, twice a day.
