SDCM’s New Concept Captain’s Quarters Sails Into Pacific Beach

Ahoy, mateys the time has almost come to raise our sails and set out across the high seas of Pacific Beach for SDCM‘s new concept, Captain’s Quarters.

This 17th century, luxurious ship will transport guests into the literal Captain’s Quarters that is typically off-limits from the entire crew, for thirst-quenching cocktails and adventures.

Captain’s Quarters cocktails with innovative twist

It is said that the cure to stave off sea born illnesses is a bottle of gin, so make sure to grab a seat at the bar and take one of SDCM Beverage Director Eric Johnson’s cocktails for a spin.

Captain’s Quarter will highlight a star cocktail list devoted to various explorations in gin cocktails. You can also expect their “Crew” to showcase an innovative twist on various cocktails concocted with rum, mezcal, bourbon, tequila and vodka so there’s something for every shipmate.

An adventurous yet approachable menu

While you’re tossing gin down the hatches, SDCM Executive Chef Brian Redzikowski has worked hard in the galley to create an adventurous yet approachable menu.

Dishes range from elevated tidbits such as Smoked Salmon Poppers & Manchego-Prosciutto “Sandwiches” to more substantial fare including Mussels Escabeche and Beef Rioja.

Are you ready to dive into this moody adventure? Follow along our journey and possibly be one of the first mates to come aboard!

Follow Captain’s Quarters on Instagram so you don’t miss any of the adventures!

See you there, San Diego!
