Skyline Social on the Rooftop

The Rooftop at Carté kicks things off with Skyline Social – house music, cocktails, bites, and a front-row seat to the San Diego skyline.

It’s an easygoing Saturday night setup with the right kind of energy to ease into the weekend. Tickets available via Eventbrite.

Memorial Day Weekend Pool Party

Carté is ringing in the start of summer with a poolside BBQ in the heart of Little Italy. Expect a live DJ set, signature summer cocktails, and the kind of afternoon that makes Memorial Day weekend feel like an event rather than just a long weekend.

Tickets are $33 and available in advance via Eventbrite.

Sofar Sounds x Pamilya Sessions

On the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, Carté partners with Sofar Sounds for an intimate live music evening celebrating AAPI Heritage Month.

This is the third installment of Pamilya Sessions’ HARANA showcase series – three emerging artists performing in a cozy, surprise-lineup format that Sofar Sounds does better than anyone.

Doors open at 3:30 PM and tickets are available via Sofar Sounds.

Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon Finish Line Party

Situated near the marathon finish line, Fonti at Carté is hosting a post-race celebration for runners, spectators, and Little Italy locals.

The morning kicks off with coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and grab-and-go offerings, followed by a live DJ, specialty drinks, and BBQ through the early afternoon.

From there, the party moves upstairs for a Rooftop Afterparty running into the evening. No race bib required to join the fun.

Padres Watch Parties on the Rooftop

Throughout the month, The Rooftop hosts Padres watch parties with full sound and a game-day menu that goes well beyond the usual bar food.

On the menu: mini poke bowls, buffalo wings, classic wagyu cheeseburgers, Caesar salads, and beer-battered fries – plus desserts including coconut panna cotta, flourless chocolate cake, and honey sticky pudding. Not a bad spread for a watch party.
