Craft & Commerce Introduces New Dinner Menu And Executive Chef

Little Italy’s Craft & Commerce is excited to announce the launch of their newest dinner menu, which features a selection of their classic favorites, with an emphasis on elevated comfort food.

New Executive Chef in the house!

Welcoming Chef Kyle Pierce as the restaurant’s new Executive Chef, highlights from the menu include Fire-Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken & Frites, made with farm-raised 1⁄2 chicken, Chinese sausage, grilled lemon, fresh herbs, Confit Duck Leg Tacos, made with radish escabeche, queso fresco, roasted tomato salsa, avocado, cilantro, corn tortillas, and Craft & Commerce’s famous Bone Marrow, with Fresno chili relish and toasted milk bread.

To complement the main dishes, the menu features a variety of snacks and sides, including Wood Fired Grilled Oysters, Fried Cauliflower, and Warm Corn Madeleines, as well as a selection of craft cocktails, beer, and wine.

In addition to the dinner menu, Craft & Commerce also offers weekend brunch from 10AM to 2:30PM, and a daily happy hour Monday through Thursday from 4PM to 6PM and Friday through Sunday 3PM to 5PM.

Brunch at Craft & Commerce

Brunch includes offerings such as Brussels Sprouts Hash, made with roasted onion, sweet potato fries, roasted tomato, goat cheese, and fried eggs, Millennial Benny, made with three poached eggs, smashed avocado, roasted tomato, and cheese sauce, and the Breakfast Board, which includes pancakes, bacon, biscuits, fresh fruit, granola, preserves, soft boiled eggs, toast, avocado, and tomato slices. The brunch menu also features a curated list of cocktails, beers, and wines.

Happy Hour

Happy hour features a selection of $8 cocktails, including the Island Vibez, made with Blanco Tequila, Passionfruit, Honey, Lime, and Peach Bitters, and the Electric Ladyland, which combines Lemongrass Infused Gin, Shiso, Clarified Lime, and Fennel. Happy hour also offers a variety of discounted bites, ranging in price from $3.25 to $4.50. Bites include options like the C&C Slider, made with a Beef Patty, Confit Onion, Secret Sauce, Aged Cheddar, and Pickle, Bone Marrow, and Fried Cauliflower with Thai Basil, Fresno Chili, Black Vinegar, and Ginger.
