Del Mar Highlands Announces 15 New Tenants

Del Mar Highlands Town Center is welcoming 15 new retailers in addition to their highly anticipated The Sky Deck collective. The new locations will include popular and new local concepts, opening now through May 2021.

Del Mar Highlands Town Center Is Turning 30!

The dining, fitness, beauty,and specialty locations are a part of the Center’s $120 million expansion that has been underway over the last few years. The new tenants include Modern Acupuncture (NOW OPEN), Beverly Hills Rejuvenation, LuLu Nails, Salted Barber, Atelier Optica, Dirty Dogs and Meow, StretchLab, Title Boxing Club, Row House, Iceskimo, Micheline’s Pita House; Xin Chao, A Vietnamese Eatery; Ike’s Love & Sandwiches, Breakers Coffee + Wine, and Ceviche Craft.

The existing Club Pilates, The Dance Academy Del Mar, CeramiCafé, and iTan, will also be unveiling indoor and new locations at the Center in 2021. These openings mark a milestone for Del Mar Highlands Town Center, known as the premier shopping, dining, and entertainment hub in North County San Diego with over 80+ retailers, elevated outdoor seating areas, and welcoming atmosphere.

“We celebrate these new openings as part of the expansion at Del Mar Highlands Town Center,” said Tim Sullivan, property manager of Del Mar Highlands, “Customers can truly enjoy the day with us with a full array of fitness, dining, service,and necessity destinations. Each new retailer adds to the one-of-a-kind experiences to be had at the Center, from day to night.”

Customer can start marking their calendars for openings to enjoy along with their existing local favorites. Incoming for winter and spring 2021 include:

Modern Acupuncture Del Mar Now Open!

Beauty and Wellness (January and Spring 2021):

Beauty and wellness offerings are expanding with the recent addition of Modern Acupuncture, now open and offering therapeutic healing treatments that bring skin health and, pain and stress relief.

Coming this spring, Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center will be opening its first North County location providing medical spa services spanning beauty and aesthetic treatments like CoolSculpting, Botox, and more; and Lulu Nails will offer a manicure and pedicure experience to the newest south end of the Center. Del Mar Highlands’ existing iTan will also unveil a new location within the Center. Salted Barber will be a brand-new barber concept providing haircuts and grooming services in an elevated and modern Southern California beach and surf style setting.

Specialty(Spring 2021):

Atelier Optica brings a full-service optometry destination with European and high-end eyewear spanning eyeglasses, sunglasses and contact lenses. This retail and services location brings together style and design with its core passion in taking care of customers’ visual health.

As a dog-friendly destination, it is no surprise the Center is expanding its pet retail offerings with Dirty Dogs and Meow this spring. The family-owned and operated retailer will provide tail-wagging dog grooming, self-serve washing facilities, healthy nutritionally pet food, organic treats, and more.

Del Mar Highland’s existing and popular art destination, CeramiCafé, will also be relocating at the Center.

Fitness(Spring 2021):

Fitness is also expanding at the Center with the opening of StretchLab, Title Boxing Club,and Row House this spring. Stretch Lab is a unique wellness concept offering customized assisted stretch-sessions to release tightness and bring balance, wider range of motion and flexibility for its dedicated fan base.

Title Boxing Club encompasses an empowering boxing workout to engage the body, mind, and spirit while channeling the fundamentals of a true boxer’s workout. Row House will offer its leading, all-in-one workout with high-energy, music-driven group classes that combine rowing intervals with floor-based strength exercises for all fitness levels.

The Center’s existing Club Pilates will also unveil an expanded footprint for its Pilates devotees with a new location and Dance Academy Del Mar will continue its current outdoor classes and expand officially to its studio location with ballet, contemporary and jazz classes for youth to adult.

Dining(February andSpring 2021):

Iceskimo is one of the first of the lineup of dining destinations to open its doors with its artisan snow and desserts coming to the Center with their grand opening in March.

Dining locations slated for spring include Micheline’s Pita House, a fresh Mediterranean fast casual concept; Xin Chao, a Vietnamese Eatery offering savory Vietnamese cuisine; Ike’s Love & Sandwiches with award-winning sandwiches; Ceviche Craft with authentic Latin American inspired ceviche and seafood, and Breakers Coffee + Wine, a new roastery and drinkery concept. Breakers inaugural location will be a place for friends to meet for a coffee tasting or enjoy a flight of wines or simply a favorite morning coffee on the go with views of the Center’s Drifter fountain.

Del Mar Highlands Town Center will also open its highly anticipated The Sky Deck in late spring. Offering 13 new and unique culinary, cocktail, and craft beer concepts, The Sky Deck serves as a new dining and entertainment destination for the region.

The full roster of dining options includes a central cocktail bar and dining concept known as Understory by Scott Slater; an outdoor “brewer’s deck” featuring Northern Pine, Rough Draft Brewing, and Boochcraft Kombucha; and dining experiences from Ambrogio15, the Milano pizza experience; Urbana Mexican Gastronomy; Le Parfait Paris; J at The Sky Deck; Craft House; Kiin Extraordinary Thai; Marufuku Ramen; Zizikis Street Food; and Glass Box. The Sky Deck is poised to become a favorite of locals and worth the drive for diners who crave tastes from around the world.
