Friends of Balboa Park will be celebrating the 3rd annual National Carousel Day in Balboa Park with food, musical performances, face painting, and FREE carousel rides!

Performances and entertainment will include Hullabaloo and Kathryn the Grape with kids music, J7 Productions with circus acts, Ms. Twisty (balloon artist), coloring activities, and so much more!
