Alila Marea Kicks Off First Agave Dinner Series
Curated by Alila Marea’s resident certified Catador Chris Simmons, this new collection of seaside pairing dinners explores the diverse range of spirits crafted from the agave plant. For their inaugural dinner, third-generation master distiller, Carlos Camarena, will be joining with Tequilas from La Alteña distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, paired with a wanderlust-inducing five-course dinner by VAGA Chef de Cuisine, Mark Enciso.
Guests are invited to sip, savor and sway to live music atop the picturesque bluff in the charming seaside town of Encinitas.
With more dinners to soon be announced for the Agave Series, tickets can be purchased here for $179 for guests 21+ and include welcome cocktails, five-course dinner, and Tequila pairings.
