A Journey Through Truffle Territory
Michelin-starred Chef Salmoiraghi has crafted a menu that showcases truffles in ways both familiar and unexpected. Each of the six courses highlights the depth and versatility of this luxurious ingredient.
The adventure begins with an aperitivo to wake up your palate. Then, prepare to be dazzled by a parade of truffle-infused delights.
Beef tartare gets a royal treatment with a crown of white truffle. Eggs and porcini mushrooms cozy up to black truffle, creating a harmony of earthy flavors. Alaskan black cod swims in a sea of truffle-scented potato while quail and sausage play host to even more of the prized fungus.
Just when you think you’ve reached peak truffle, dessert arrives. A delicate profiterole marries chocolate and cream, followed by an assortment of homemade pastries that provide the perfect sweet finale.
For those who simply can’t get enough, there’s an optional course of homemade tagliolini pasta generously adorned with white truffle. It’s an add-on that serious truffle lovers won’t want to miss.
