The Pet Pawty Of The Season, 2nd Annual Howl-O-Ween, Comes To Amici Amphitheater
TrustedHousesitters, the largest and most trusted pet care community of its kind, is partnering with local dog rescue The Animal Pad to host the 2nd Annual Howl-O-Ween, the pet pawty of the season, on Saturday, October 22, at the Amici Amphitheater in Little Italy.
Attendees and their furry friends are encouraged to dress up in their cutest (but comfy) Halloween costumes while perusing through pet-friendly photo booths, artwork, and pet goodies. The free pet adoption event will also feature caricature drawings of pets by Marco, pet friendly photo ops, raffles and prizes!
“Howl-O-Ween is a great opportunity to bring together pet parents, dog lovers and our furry friends for a day of fun,” said Angela Laws, TrustedHousesitters Community Manager and pet loving sitter.
“The celebration is a great way to get people and pets together and raise awareness about dogs looking for their forever homes. It’s a privilege to help support local animal rescues that give animals the chance to live their best lives with families in their furever homes, and all of the raffle proceeds from the annual Howl-o-Ween will do just that.”
Pet owners are invited to bring their furry friends to this Halloween-themed event. At the adoption pawty, guests will have the chance to snap cute photos with their pets in cute Halloween themed photo areas, take home original pet caricature drawings, and meet other pet owners or soon to be pet parents.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to enter raffles periodically throughout the day for only $1. All proceeds from the raffles will go towards The Animal Pad, a volunteer based 501 C3 non-profit all breed dog rescue that saves dogs from high kill shelters in Southern California and the streets of Mexico.
The spooky adoption event begins at 10AM on Saturday, October 22 at Amici Amphitheater, located at 1660 Union St, San Diego, CA 92101. More information on the event can be found here.
