Make It A Classy One With Bleu Bohème’s Prix Fixe V-Day Menu

Love is in the air, and in the dishes, at Bleu Bohème this Valentine’s Day with a super romantic, three-course menu available exclusively on Tuesday, February 14th.

Bleu Bohème’s epic night of 3 courses begins with a choice of one of the following hors d’oeuvres:

  • Steak carpaccio made with house-smoked filet mignon, shaved fennel and rocket salad, fresh tomato and roasted garlic aioli
  • Crèpe au homard, a lobster crepe with mascarpone, asparagus and white truffle-carrot sauce
  • Salade de canard, a rocket salad with smoked duck breast, goat cheese croquette, toasted hazelnuts, candied orange zest and shallot vinaigrette
  • Bisque de champignons, a wild mushroom soup served with parmesan and mustard greens puff pastry crust
  • Galette du crabe, crab cakes with jicama remoulade and served with a tomato-rocket salad

Continuing to the entrée options, we have:

  • Carré d’Agneau, rack of lamb roasted with linguiça and mushroom bread pudding, Swiss chard and rosemary sauce
  • Saumon “Oscar,” fresh King salmon pan roasted with crab, asparagus, balsamic tomato salad, Yukon potatoes and Béarnaise sauce
  • Filet mignon “Rossini,” filet mignon on foie gras croutons with truffle butter and Madeira sauce with pommes purée and haricots verts
  • Coquilles Saint Jacques, sea scallops with farro saffron risotto, roasted pear tomatoes, fresh spinach and basil pistou sauce
  • Gnocchi à la parisienne made with parmesan dumplings, Brussels sprouts, black kale, roasted mushrooms and white wine sauce

And finish up with some of the best dessert options around town:

  • Crème brulée: rich vanilla custard with a crunchy sugar crust
  • Gâteau aux trois fromages: marscapone, cheve goat and cream cheese cake with almond crust and port wine-pear sauce
  • Pain d’épice: warm gingerbread with strawberry confiture and caramel ice cream
  • Gâteau au chocolat: flourless chocolate cake with Kirsch Chantilly cream

These scrumptious options can be yours at the prix fixe price of $75 per person. Not bad for a pretty impressive Valentine’s Date!
