Campfire Kicks Off Negroni Week With “NatGroni Night”
Carlsbad favorite, Campfire, is hosting “NatGroni Night” to participate in Negroni Week, a celebration of one of the most iconic cocktails, while also raising money for a good cause.
NatGroni Night will take place on September 14th, sponsored by Campari and Revel Wine Co.
This one-night-only event will highlight a special menu curated by Bar Manager Nick Sinutko and the Campfire bar team in their signature live-fire style, featuring iconic spirits from Campari and natural wines from the Revel portfolio.
The cocktails will explore the intersection between the worlds of wine and cocktails through the lens of the Negroni. This timeless, classic cocktail relies heavily on the use of sparkling and fortified wines. Fans of the refreshing aperitivo will find both traditional and unique expressions at Campfire to enjoy.
A portion of proceeds from the cocktails will benefit Brother Benno’s, a local organization that provides resources to the local unhoused population.
In addition to the specially-created menu, there will be a selection of unique offerings, such as shots of Lambrusco and chilled amaro pours.
NatGroni Night is free to the public and will run during Campfire’s normal hours of operations, starting at 5pm until close.
