Wine And Wellness Mix At Vinyasa And Vino At Carruth Cellars

What’s more balanced than a yoga class followed by a glass of wine? Nothing!

Enjoy an all-levels vinyasa and vino at Carruth Cellars’ flagship Solana Beach tasting room, located in the heart of the Cedros Design District, led by the urban winery’s own Alyssa Olsen, where you’ll get in the flow followed by a glass of Carruth’s award-winning wine.

Alyssa started practicing yoga in 2017 to balance out her triathlon training with the intention of helping people explore how to move their bodies and find their uniqueness in their practice. Join her for a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa class.

Participants must bring their own yoga mats.
