This National Pasta Day, Little Italy hotspot, Civico 1845, is cooking up a traditional pasta dish with a Calabrian twist – honoring owners Dario and Pietro Gallo’s Italian roots.
Pasta Al Forno ($24) is going to be the pasta of the day featuring homemade rigatoni pasta, mozzarella, beef ragout, homemade Calabrian sausage and parmigiano Reggiano. And because no one deserves to miss out on indulging in this delicious holiday, the eatery will also offer a full vegan menu complete with several pasta dishes, including homemade lasagna, linguine, gnocchi and more.
