Clink! Prohibition Is Celebrating 10 Years
We are toasting to Prohibition’s 10-year anniversary with craft cocktails, passed hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment. The festivities will get started with The Lafayette Blues Jam.
Since its opening in 2009, Prohibition has remained at the top of San Diego’s cocktail scene with dozens of accolades, including “Best Cocktails,” “Best Cocktail Bars” and more. To commemorate the anniversary, GBOD Hospitality Group Beverage Director and Prohibition Lead Bartender Ryan Andrews, will introduce new cocktails and bring back a Prohibition favorite.
The menu, available exclusively for the evening, will include:
Daq’s On Daq’s On Daq’s: Made with Brugal 1888 rum, lime, RumHaven coconut liqueur, honey and R&D house bitters
Sip Down Be Humboldt: A combination of Jameson Caskmates IPA, lemon, grapefruit, hemp oil and cardamom bitters
Pasada De Moda: Made with Maestro Dobel GBOD single barrel añejo, demerara, R&D aromatic #7 and cherry apple bitters
El Avion: Made with El Silencio mezcal, lemon, maraschino and crème de violette
Kentucky Tippler: A combination of Russell’s Reserve GBOD single barrel bourbon, lemon, honey, grapefruit zest and R&D sarsaparilla bitters
