Before leaving New York for Los Angeles, David Aaron Stern could be found fronting overlooked band The Sanctuaries. Combining a love for Yo La Tengo, classic power pop, and The Byrds among other things, Stern has an incredible skill to craft memorable songs that are familiar yet original.
