Take a Flavor-Filled Stroll at the 3rd Annual Taste of East Village

The Taste of East Village is back and better than ever! Now in its third year, this foodie favorite expands to two days, offering even more time to experience East Village’s culinary scene.

A Self-Guided Culinary Tour

Each evening, food lovers will set out on a self-guided tasting tour through the neighborhood, sampling bites and sips from over 30 of East Village’s most beloved restaurants and bars.

Whether you’re a longtime local or discovering the neighborhood for the first time, this event is your perfect chance to taste your way through one of San Diego’s most exciting food destinations.

At check-in, you’ll receive a Taste Passport to guide your delicious adventure. Collect stamps and take notes as you explore the mix of eateries, from casual street food spots to elevated dining experiences.

Featured Restaurants & Local Favorites

Participating restaurants include East Village staples like Tom’s Watch Bar, Monzu Fresh Pasta, Storyhouse Spirits, Knotty Barrel, and many more—each offering a signature sample that showcases their best flavors. Expect everything from house-made pasta to inventive cocktails to decadent desserts.
