Elements of Nature Dinner Series at VAGA Continues
VAGA Restaurant & Bar at Alila Marea Beach Resort has announced the next three dates of their Elements of Nature Dinner Series: Nature of Earth, Nature of Air, and Nature of Water.
The quarterly culinary dinner series spotlights a different element at each dinner—earth, fire, water, air—to unveil the season’s next new menu, featuring a prix-fixe meal and specialty cocktails that showcase local ingredients and traditional cooking techniques.
The Elements of Nature Dinner Series
Embark on a captivating journey through the four elements in both their physical and spiritual forms at one of this year’s Elements of Nature dinners, led by Executive Chef Ananda Bareño.
The series kicked off earlier this year with the Nature of Fire Dinner on March 22, celebrating the arrival of spring and the mystical symbolism of the sun, flame, and smoke. The remaining three dinners will celebrate the arrival of summer, fall, and winter:
- Nature of Earth: June 26, 2024
- Nature of Air: September 26, 2024
- Nature of Water: December 11, 2024
