Harumama To Open In Little Italy And You’re Invited For The Soft Opening
Little Italy is getting another great addition to its food scene! Harumana in Little Italy was created by Jenny and James Pyo–local restaurateurs and husband and wife–and is set to open in February in Little Italy.
They’d like to invite you to the soft opening!
The restaurant will offer playful takes on Asian fare with inspiration from Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisines, bringing not only a contemporary twist of traditional ramen, noddles and buns, but will also have a scrumptious selection of character steamed buns using Chinese flour, with creations including cartoon-y chickens and pigs, with flavors like chicken, pork, mushroom, and purple sweet potato.
The menu will feature a contemporary twist on traditional ramen, steamed character buns, along with specialty sushi rolls, bites, and greens, small plates, noodles, bao bao buns, and bowls.
To drink, guests will find Japanese beer like Asahi, Kirin, along with local craft beer and special imported beers. wine, sake and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.
The team aims to deliver rich flavors with a cultural twist in an inviting and comfortable atmosphere.
