Liquid City: Cheese Expo 2019
Renowned as a world class Liquid City, our spectacular seaside city will be the host to the inaugural Liquid City: Cheese Expo 2019.
Bringing together a curated list of San Diego top breweries, coffee roasters, distillers, kombucha and cider makers, this one day EXPO features unique one-off collaborations, educational presentations, demonstrations, and explorations with cheese makers from across America and some of our own, home-grown LIQUID talents.
Our carefully curated Liquid Creators include:

Our friends, Fede and Shannon of Hoppy Beer Hoppy Life will also have a booth for your Liquid merchandise needs. We will also feature an Interactive Education Paddock with Goats, Lambs and a Heifer bringing the farm to the BRICK with Farmer and Cheese Maker, Jack Ford of TAJ Farms.
