Head to the Lunar New Year Festival Stage for incredible performances from the local community:
- All-New Slithering Snakes (February 1 only): Celebrate the Year of the Snake with a special one-day presentation featuring fascinating reptiles, including a Burmese python, boa, rattlesnake, and king snake.
- Taiko Drumming: Feel the energy of traditional Japanese drumming with La Jolla Taiko, blending classical rhythms with contemporary influences for a mesmerizing experience.
- Lion Dancers: Experience the high-energy tradition of lion and dragon dancing with the Three Treasures Cultural Arts Society, bringing the Lunar New Year to life in a dazzling display of movement and color.
During these performances, lucky red envelopes will be handed out, each containing a special surprise to bring good fortune for the year ahead.
