Ocean Beach Oktoberfest Bands Announced For 20th Anniversary Musical Lineup

The Ocean Beach Oktoberfest bands have been announced for the musical lineup at the 20th anniversary of San Diego’s Wildest Oktoberfest, Oct. 7-8. The all-day and night, two-day event will have the following artists performing:

Half Hour Late

San Diego-based, Half Hour Late, “your girlfriend’s favorite band”, an eclectic group of jammers.

Stranger

Stranger, a San Diego-based band bringing the “Soul Cal” Reggae vibes to OB.

Paging the 90s

Southern California‘s raddest 90s cover band, Paging the 90s.

Lords of the Satellite

Lords of the Satellite, San Diego locals who describe their music as “melodic melodies, intoxicating sound and fire between every riff”.

Electric Waste Band

A high-energy, improvisational rock-n-roll featuring the music of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead, Electric Waste Band.

The Aggrolites

21st century ska band from Los Angeles, The Aggrolites.

CAPYAC

LA-based surrealist duo, CAPYAC.

Vokab Kompany

Vokab Kompany, a Pacific Beach-based hip-hop, soul, and electro act.

Band of Gringos

A guitar-based power trio from Ocean Beach, Band of Gringos.

Live music from the Ocean Beach Oktoberfest bands – and drinks – will be flowing on Friday, 4:20PM-11:30PM, and Saturday, 11AM-11:30PM. Tickets to attend San Diego’s Wildest Oktoberfest are $10 and can be purchased at the door.

Those interested in VIP tickets for $49 can be purchased ahead of time here which includes entrance, a custom one liter “OB Oktoberfest” mug filled with two beers, and access to an exclusive VIP area with a bar, lounge and upgraded restrooms.
