One Paseo Hosts Berry Good Food Pop-Up
Come shop the best of locally grown early summer produce and locally made goodies as One Paseo hosts Berry Good Food, a local non-profit organization focused on food security and food education, for a Food Stand Pop-up.
The event will happen on two Saturdays, June 4 and June 18.
One Paseo will highlight the best of local farms and food artisans in their urban village so you can stock up on summer produce that is perfect for your picnics, parties, and home cooking.
Featured Farms include:
Apple Blossom Farm
Be Wise Farms
Chinita’s Pies & Catering
Gilbert & Lee Farms
Mindful Mushrooms
Spring Hill Cheese.
All of the featured produce is grown in San Diego county, including:
Oranges
Lemons
Reed and Pinkerton avocados
Tomatoes
Cabbage
Kale
Strawberries
You’ll also find locally grown gourmet mushrooms, local flower bouquets, and locally made sourdough bread and fruit pies.
Proceeds
Proceeds from the Berry Good Food Stand Pop-Up will benefit Berry Good Food’s mission of supporting local and regenerative food systems in San Diego and Baja California.
Their programs revolve around food security and food education including school gardens in underserved communities and food distribution to those in need.
