One Seriously Legit “Boot Camp” Workout on the Midway Aircraft Carrier

Okay hardcore New Year’s Resolution-ites, if you’re looking for something to really start the New Year with gusto, then you’re going to want to head to one seriously legit “boot camp” workout on the Midway aircraft carrier.

The Gut Check Fitness and CAF-Operation Rebound crews are offering the first ever “Monsters of the Midway Boot Camp” workout.

This killer workout will be filled with plenty of bodyweight calisthenics, cardio, motivation and high fives.
