The San Diego boating community brings you the 46th annual San Diego Bay Parade of Lights! This long-standing San Diego tradition promises to dazzle bay front crowds during the evenings of December 17th – more than 100,000 people are expected to come together to see this magical parade.

There will be approximately 80 lavishly decorated boats with this year’s theme, “Arrrgh! A Pirate’s Christmas”. Has anyone invited Jack Sparrow to this party yet?

This year, for the 2nd time, the parade will proceed to the pier at Cesar Chavez Park before making the turn to Coronado, giving spectators another area to view the parade. You can check out the schedule and route of the parade here!
