Paradisaea Celebrates One Year Anniversary
Bird Rock’s Paradisaea has been carving its path into the San Diego culinary scene since its opening last year — and now, the culinary outlet will be celebrating its one year anniversary with an epic celebratory dinner to mark the successful year its been for the restaurant and look forward to the many years to come.
Chef Mark Welker is teaming up with Baja’s finest, Chef Javier Plascencia to bring together flavors from both sides of the border for a collaborative culinary experience on Thursday, September 28.
This five-course meal will reflect the signature SoCal cuisine from Chef Welker with Chef Plascencia Baja flare and Southern Californian style, like a La Frontera featuring fresh Bluefin Tuna, Potato and Crab Taquito with a Spicy Tomato Consommé, as a small taste from this multi-course menu.
