Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Kitchen Hosts Hospitality Industry Day
Pho Ca Dao Vietnamese Kitchen is hosting an ‘Industry Day’ on July 30th to thank the restaurant and hospitality industry for all of their dedication and hard work over the past several months – we think that’s a great idea! The event will run throughout the day, and anyone in the food industry is invited to participate.
The restaurant will be offering steep discounts on cocktails, beers, and chef choice dishes. These include $5 Well Cocktails, $4 beers on tap, and $5 chef choices dishes.
The neighborhood Vietnamese kitchen offers a full bar program, with a variety of specialty cocktails, a Pho Ca Dao beer, and wine, along with refreshing mocktails perfect for summer days.
Playful cocktail names and Vietnamese twists reinforce the restaurant’s devotion to honoring Vietnamese culture. Standouts include the My Tho Smash – named after the owners, the Huynh family’s, hometown – made with gin, elderflower liqueur, basil, cucumber, lemon, and cane sugar, the Dragon Fruit Mojito made with white rum, dragon fruit, lime, mint, and cane sugar, and mocktails like the Cucumber Cooler, Carmen Miranda and Virgin Mojito.
We appreciate our hospitality industry workers that take such good care of us – enjoy your day!
Stay healthy, San Diego!
