Quartyard is breaking ground on their new home – let’s help them celebrate the milestone!
Created by architecture students as their school project, Quartyard is a fantastic demonstration of what a little creative thinking and hustle can do to bring vacant urban space to life and create a sense of community!
The venue is a place where San Diegans can come together and enjoy what the city best offers, “coffee, food, beer, music, and weather.”
It’s everyone’s backyard!

The lease on their original location came to an end last year, so they are busily working to get their new location at 13th and Market ready.
The new location will house the things you would want in your own dream backyard such as a coffee shop, a sausage place, barbecues, a bar, and dog park!
Essentially…the perfect backyard!
