Ranch 45 Teamed Up With Vega Vineyards & Farm For A One-Night Only Wine Dinner
Ranch 45, the Solana Beach eatery and butcher shop, has teamed up with Vega Vineyards & Farm, Santa Barbara’s oldest vineyards, for a one-night-only wine dinner on Wednesday, March 22. Join famed Winemaker Steve Clifton along with Chefs Aron Schwartz and Duval Warner for this unique interactive food and wine experience that will feature six food and wine pairings.
Unlike most wine dinners, this special evening will feature multiple stations for guests to speak directly with the chefs and winemaker, mixing and mingling rather than being seated.
Menu highlights include Fish & Chips, Tuna Tartare, Grilled Picanha, Smoked Brandt Beef Tri Tip, a 45-Day Dry-Aged Brandt Beef Ribeye, and a selection of sweet treats including Mini Flourless Chocolate Cake, Mini Basque-Style Cheesecake, Brandt Beef Buttermilk Caramel Sauce, and Cypress Grove Midnight Moon Aged Goat Cheese. Each item has been expertly paired with one of Vega Vineyards & Farms wines each with its own subtle, yet distinctive character and voice.
