Saffron & Sage Invites You To Relax And Reset At Sacred Sunday
A new year symbolizes a fresh opportunity for healthy new routines, and this year we can all use some rest and relaxation to get our heads clear.
San Diego’s Holistic Healthcare Club, Saffron & Sage, would like to help you do just that at their upcoming Sacred Sunday: Sound Bath + Acupuncture event.
A unique meditative experience
This group event allows guests to experience a unique meditative experience. As an acupuncturist stimulates specific points on the face and ears to ease tension, a meditation instructor “baths” guests in the sound waves of different sound healing instruments.
The ancient art of acupuncture combined with the sound bath is designed to calm the nervous system, release anxiety and tension, reboot the brain so attendees can conquer the upcoming week with increased productivity, a reset mind and refreshed wellbeing.
