North Park Oktoberfest Beer Crawl Locations
Black Plague took over the space formerly occupied by Rouleur Brewing at the corner of University and 29th. It is adjacent to North Park Theatre and has a full kitchen that features Wisconsin Cheese Curds, sandwiches, and burgers.
Bottlecraft is a beer shop and tasting room with an extensive selection of hard-to-find beers from around the world. But unbeknownst to many, it also has 12 taps with rotating draft beers, along with a seating area to enjoy the beverages.
Original 40 is named after the original 40-acre parcel of land that became modern-day North Park. Its head brewer Zack Kaplan is a six-time Great American Beer Festival (GABF) winner, taking home two Gold Medals, one Silver Medal, and three Bronze Medals at the event often referred to as “The Oscars” of the craft beer industry.
Second Chance is the award-winning “Seize a Pint, Save a Pup” brewery that raises funds for local dog rescues. Since its 2015 opening, Second Chance has donated more than $400,000 to local dog rescues and has facilitated new homes for more than 160 dogs through adoption events at its tasting rooms.
