A Silent Disco At barleymash
barleymash in the Gaslamp District is hosting their barley-stache Silent Disco to benefit the Movember Charity. What? You’ve never heard of a silent disco? Or maybe you’ve heard of it, but never been to one – well now is your chance!
A silent disco is an event where people listen to music on wireless headphones, and the music is broadcast over a radio with the signal being picked up by the headphones. Those without headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing in silence.
The barley-stache Silent Disco will be taking place in ginger’s, located just beneath barleymash, and starts promptly at 9:00 p.m. Mustaches are optional and 70’s attire is encouraged, so break out your bell-bottoms, tie-dye and funky patterns for this fun-filled event for a good cause.
The Movember Charity is the leading organization changing the face of men’s health and exists to help men live happier, longer lives through over 1,250 men’s health projects.
See you there!
