Techo Beso Introduces New Yoga Series And Welcome Wellness Brunch
Techo Beso, a rooftop bar and restaurant located on top of AC Hotel San Diego Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, is hosting a Wellness Brunch with local rooftop yoga extraordinaire, Angela Boulet, this Saturday, June 24th.

Guests of the Wellness Brunch will enjoy a guided mindfulness meditation with Angela, a wellness mocktail and an immunity shot to celebrate the upcoming rooftop yoga series. Rooftop Yoga Series with Angela
Starting July 8th, Angela will begin teaching rooftop yoga classes at Techo Beso, featuring stunning views of the Gaslamp and a live DJ. Each 60-minute yoga class is for all levels and will include flow, strength/sculpt, recovery/stretching, and meditation, ending in a sound bath.
The classes are uplifting and inspiring and throughout the summer, the rooftop bar and restaurant will invite various special guests in the health and wellness industry to share their expertise. All rooftop yoga participants will have access to the pool and cabanas for the whole day!
