Raise a Glass at San Diego’s Own Capital of Craft Beer Fest
San Diego’s craft beer scene gets its own festival, and it’s about as local as it gets. Capital of Craft Beer Fest is taking over Broadway Pier for an afternoon built entirely around the city’s best breweries.
If beer is basically its own love language for you, this is your kind of weekend plan. Grab your friends, bring your appetite, and get ready to find your new go-to brewery.

San Diego’s Finest Brews
Every ticket gets you unlimited 2oz tastings from more than 70 local craft beers, plus a commemorative cup to take home.
Presented by 91X and the San Diego Brewers Guild, this is about as quintessential a San Diego beer festival as it gets, local breweries, local crowd, local pride.
With that many options pouring, you’re bound to walk away with a new favorite. Come with an open mind and a bit of patience, because narrowing down where to start is half the fun.

Live Music, Food, and Fun Vendors
The Main Stage is running all day with live music from Agent 51 and 80s Resurrection, presented by Dead Man’s Party band, so bring your dancing shoes because this isn’t just a sit-and-sip kind of afternoon.
Local food vendors will be serving up bold flavors made to pair perfectly with your beer, and the artisan and vendor booths are worth a wander too, expect some genuinely creative, one-of-a-kind finds.
Between the music and the food, there’s plenty to keep you busy between pours.

First Pour Goes to VIP
Want first dibs on the good stuff? VIP tickets get you in an hour early, so you can start sampling before the crowd rolls in.
It’s a small upgrade that makes a real difference once the lines start forming. That extra hour also means more time to hit every booth before the afternoon crowd shows up.
Cheers to a Good Cause
A portion of the proceeds from every ticket goes toward the San Diego Brewers Guild, so you’re supporting the local beer scene just by showing up and having a good time.
That’s the kind of festival worth putting on your calendar every year. Good beer and a good cause make for an easy sell.
