The Chopra Center Hosts Mindfulness For Stress Resilience Session
April is National Stress Awareness Month, and The Chopra Center at La Costa wants to help you use mindfulness meditation to learn to help manage your stress and improve the health and well-being of your body, mind and spirit.

Pete Kirchmer, Program Director for the UCSD Center for Mindfulness mPEAK Program (Mindful, Performance Enhancement, Awareness & Knowledge) and the developer and lead trainer for The Chopra Center Life Coaching program, will lead attendees through an intimate 90-minute session on mindfulness meditation, a philosophy, science and practice focused on bringing oneself into the present moment.

This session will focus on managing difficult thoughts, emotions and physical sensations, experiencing more joy in daily life and connecting with inner wisdom and intuition.
