Take a deep breath in, exhale slowly. Whether you’re looking to mix up your practice or want to try something new, Yoga in the Rotunda is an affordable yoga class unlike anything else in San Diego!
Before their doors open, you’ll enjoy a teacher-led, all-levels flow class with modifications in our historic rotunda. Each class is designed for you to go at your own pace. Pose modifications will be provided making the experience great for both beginners and continuing students.
Yoga One’s knowledgeable teachers offer optimal alignment principles paired with breath and present moment awareness. Enjoy a positive, non-competitive environment that encourages well-being, mindfulness, and community under the iconic dome.
