“Feel-Good” Cocktail Specials with You & Yours!

Imagine being able to fulfill your 2020 health resolutions without having to give up that much deserved end-of-the-week cocktail. Thanks to You & Yours Distilling Co., you can do so this January!

Stop by the Tasting Room this month and drink your veggies with You & Yours’ three “feel-good” January cocktail specials. Visitors can feel a bit healthier in their cocktail choice when they order the Little Bunny Foo Foo, Negative Calories, and Winter Salad, which are all $9 for the month (regularly, $12 each). At-home bartenders can also recreate the Winter Salad at home with the below provided recipe.

You & Yours “Feel-Good” Cocktails ($9):

Little Bunny Foo Foo
Sunday Gin + carrot + turmeric + ginger + Lemon

Negative Calories
London Dry Gin + celery + basil + lemon + orange bitters

Winter Salad 
Y&Y Vodka + green bell pepper + rosemary + eucalyptus + lemon + sea salt

Cocktail of the Month Recipe: Winter Salad

Become your very own bartender and enjoy You & Yours at home with the below Winter Salad cocktail recipe!

1.5 oz  Y&Y Vodka
2 oz green bell pepper & rosemary syrup (Recipe below)***
0.5 oz lemon juice
2-3 torn basil leaves
2-3 dashes eucalyptus bitters
Pinch of sea salt

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Double strain into a footed coupe. Garnish with 5 drops of grapeseed oil.

***Green Bell Pepper & Rosemary Syrup

1 c water
1 c white sugar
5 stalks of rosemary, stripped
1/2 c freshly juiced green bell pepper, strained

Bring water, sugar and rosemary to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain into a sealed container. Stir in bell pepper juice and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
