Pendry San Diego’s New Floating Sound Baths

Pendry San Diego has added a new wellness experience to its spring and summer programming.

The Floating Sound Bath is a 60-minute immersive experience led by Master Sound Healer and Ceremonialist Jazmine Amelia, combining a private sound bath with a warm-water float on the hotel’s rooftop pool deck. It’s open to both hotel guests and locals, and reservations are required.

Float, Listen, and Let Go

The concept is straightforward but the effect is anything but. You can reserve a spot directly in the pool for the full floating experience, or opt for a deck chair to take in the sound bath from a stationary position.

Either way, the session is designed to promote deep relaxation and energetic balance through Jazmine Amelia’s meditative, energy healing approach.

One More Reason to Linger

Also available at Spa Pendry on weekdays is a Lunch and Leisure offering. Book any 60-minute massage or facial and receive a $50 dining credit toward lunch, cocktails, or snacks at The Pool House. A solid way to extend the afternoon.

Meet Your Sound Healer

Jazmine Amelia is a Master Sound Healer and Ceremonialist with a dedicated practice built around meditative and energy healing experiences.

Having her lead the sessions gives this offering a depth that goes well beyond a standard hotel spa add-on.

See you there!

A warm-water float, a sound bath, and a rooftop pool in the heart of downtown San Diego. This is one of the more restorative ways to spend a weekday evening this spring and summer.
