Fort Oak’s Debut Holiday Lunch Experience Is Trust Restaurant Group’s Newest Holiday Tradition

Prepare to set your ‘out of office’, grab the crew, and get ready to pop some bubbly, because Fort Oak of Trust Restaurant Group, and recent recipient of the Michelin Plate award, is launching its first-ever Holiday Lunch Experience.

Leaving lunch full, happy (and perhaps a bit hiccupy), is the goal for Trust Restaurant Group’s newest holiday tradition!

A decadent lunch awaits

Helmed by Chef Brad Wise, Fort Oak’s decadent holiday lunch menu includes classic Fort Oak favorites alongside brand new indulgent dishes.

Raise a toast over fancy oysters with uni and caviar, risotto with bone marrow and beef fat butter, a 50 oz. hearth-grilled prime porterhouse, or white truffle pasta with brown burro fusso, ricotta salata, and a heavy-handed shaving of fresh truffles to top it off, plus so much more.

New festive cocktails to enjoy

And of course, bar manager, Jessica Stewart, has been busy at the bar shaking and stirring up a list of new, festive cocktails to enjoy alongside each course.

Cheers to the holidays with a warm glass of Saint Nic’s Cider made with hot apple cider, bourbon, and baking spices; or a Caroling Lady with gin, cranberry, lime, rosemary, and meringue to name a few.

Reservations

The Holiday Lunch Experience will be served Wednesday to Friday, 11AM–2PM, beginning on December 8 and running through December 17. Make reservations online here, or call the restaurant at 619-722-3398.

See you there (a lot!), San Diego!
