The Smoking Gun’s All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Boil is back, and this year, the Gaslamp spot is getting live, wild crawfish to prepare fresh for Mardi Gras, on February 21st! The special begins at 4PM and is $50 per person for all you can eat.

Reservations, which are required, can be made by contacting events@thesmokinggunsd.com, and the deadline to save your spot is Thursday, February 16th. There will also be limited walk-in open seating at the bar, which will be first come, first served! Click here for more info.

Known for its high-energy atmosphere, barleymash is one of the hottest spots in the Gaslamp District due to its fun ambiance, flavorful menu, and a wide choice of creative cocktails.

On Tuesday, February 21st, they invite you to celebrate Mardi Gras with traditional New Orleans food and drink specialties. Start the festivities with the Rich Boy, served with buttered cornmeal lobster and shrimp fritters, spicy remoulade, and green papaya slaw. For your main course, try the Jambalaya and Dirty Rice, a hearty dish of chicken, chorizo, shrimp, peppers, celery, and spices on rice. Sip on a refreshing Peychaud’s Apothecary made with Bacardi, Peychaud’s bitters, absinthe, brown sugar, and lemon, or a rich Café du Monde with Bacardi, cold brew, and beignet foam.
