The Smoking Gun’s All-You-Can-Eat Crawfish Boil is back, and this year, the Gaslamp spot is getting live, wild crawfish to prepare fresh for Mardi Gras, on February 21st! The special begins at 4PM and is $50 per person for all you can eat.

On Tuesday, February 21st, they invite you to celebrate Mardi Gras with traditional New Orleans food and drink specialties. Start the festivities with the Rich Boy, served with buttered cornmeal lobster and shrimp fritters, spicy remoulade, and green papaya slaw. For your main course, try the Jambalaya and Dirty Rice, a hearty dish of chicken, chorizo, shrimp, peppers, celery, and spices on rice.
