GBOD Hospitality Group Expands Restaurant Portfolio With The Addition Of Las Tres Catrinas

GBOD Hospitality Group, which is behind Gaslamp Quarter hot spots, Mezé Greek Fusion, El Chingon, Prohibition Lounge and Havana 1920; has added South Bay favorite, Las Tres Catrinas, to its portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars.

Building on the cantina’s signature favorites, GBOD Hospitality Group will introduce new cocktails and cuisine to the menu in the coming months.

Located at 555 Broadway Suite 1019 in the Chula Vista Center, Las Tres Cantinas spans 7,000 square feet across a main dining room, bar and outdoor patio.  Walls are adorned with art inspired by Mexican culture and traditions, including hand-painted murals showing La Catrina, Día de los Muertos, intricate flower wreaths and more.

Staying true to its authentic Mexican cuisine inspired by family recipes, GBOD will unveil new drinks and dishes, building on the company’s roots in fresh ingredients and imaginative, handcrafted cocktails by GBOD’s talented beverage director, Ryan Andrews, and director of nightlife, Rodney Daylamy.

GBOD will also introduce a lunch menu, catering to the many businesses in the area, and plans to activate a variety of live entertainment and nightlife experiences within the venue in the coming months.

The cantina brings Mexican culture and traditions to life through elevated cuisine, handcrafted cocktails and bold murals. Located at 555 Broadway Suite 1019 in the Chula Vista Center, the eatery is open for lunch and dinner daily from 11AM to 9PM, Monday through Wednesday; 11AM to 1AM, Thursday and Friday; 10AM to 1AM Saturday; and 10AM to 9PM on Sunday. Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays beginning at 10AM.
