Get In The Spirit Of The Season With Tajima Spooktacular October Cocktails

Tajima’s Mercury location is getting in the spirit of the season by offering a spook-tac-ular lineup of craft cocktails throughout October.

From now until the end of the month, stop in to try:

The Drunken Pumpkin, a favorite from last year’s festivities. This creative cocktail consists of Sailor Jerry’s spiced Rum, Rumchata, Amaretto, pumpkin spice, lemon juice, and walnut bitters.

New to the lineup is the Osaka Pirate, made with Malahat Black Tea Rum, simple syrup, and lime juice.

Beetlejuice, a frighteningly tasty blend of Jameson, Yuzu liqueur, orgeat, honey dew syrup, Dr. Pepper, lemon juice, and winter melon bitters.

Pair with any menu item including a la carte choices like the tasty Umami buns, hearty rice bowl, sushi, or beloved ramen dishes. Enjoy Frankenstein’s Creation, made with Tajima’s original green coconut curry broth, spinach noodles, chicken chashu, fish sauce, half ramen egg, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, basil, bean sprouts, lime wedge, and sesame seeds, through the end of the month.

Tajima Mercury is located at 4411 Mercury St, Ste 110, San Diego, CA 92111

See you there….and stay healthy, San Diego!
