As Seen On Netflix: The Gluten Free Baking Co. Opens In North Park

The Gluten Free Baking Co.has opened a retail shop in North Park located at 4594 30th St, San Diego, CA 92116.  After years of operating a dedicated gluten free production kitchen, distributing to more than 40 coffee shops and restaurants throughout San Diego, The Gluten Free Baking Co. has decided to open a retail location at the request of their customers.

The 385 square foot space is in the heart of North Park and is a full service bakery (dedicated gluten free), offering everything from same day cakes to cinnamon rolls, bagels, cookies, cupcakes, donuts and so much more. There will also be a large selection of dairy free and vegan items. Custom cakes, including gluten free wedding cakes, can be ordered two weeks in advance, or clients can choose from the daily selection of cakes and cupcakes to pick up the same day.

At the bakery, packed pastry cases are on display for customers to browse, while others in a hurry may order ahead of time and have their desserts waiting for them. Pour over coffee will be served in to-go cups to accompany pastries, which can be enjoyed at the patio tables on the sidewalk.

The Gluten Free Baking Co. opens Tuesday-Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
